Training

As part of the risk mitigation process, Surveil Security assess the project staff selected and involved in security, and other incident potential areas, and prepare a Performance Development Plan . This process involves identifying skills and knowledge shortages by gap analysis, and creating  and implementing training programs to develop project staff to appropriate levels.

Our instructors are either in-house or outsourced, depending on the requirement, however all are recognised experts in their field and will prepare and deliver an interesting, effective and relevant package based on the project’s requirements. We work in conjunction with selected Registered Training providers to offer nationally accredited training packages approved by the Australian government National Training Authority.
