Surveil Security was formed in 2006 following the requirement and demand for company director Jamie Davies to consult security management, training and risk mitigation to security providers and organisations engaged on large scale projects throughout Australia and Asia Pacific regions.

Our consulting services within specialist areas of security have been utilised for the development, training and implementation of security services by major national and international security providers, multinational organisations and government agencies. It has been our privilege to consult and train with some of Australia's elite government security and tactical agencies and provide security management for some of Australia's largest events.

Our expertise in security consulting and management has come from vast experience within the security industry internationally and has many applications to varied business and organisational operations.

Collectively, our people possess an array of certifications, specialties and skills to confidently undertake any type of security assignment. This enables us to custom match the criteria necessary for a particular project to each individual operators specific areas of expertise.

Jamie Davies: Managing Director (Dip. Sec Risk)

Jamie has gained 20 years in operational experience within the security industry which has included military service. Jamie has successfully managed large scale security projects  which have overseen an excess of 7000 weekly hours of security manpower. Further he has experienced armoured vehicle operations, Security risk management for Coles Myer, Security canine development for various organisations internationally including Australian Federal Police, Security training and development for international security teams, Major event security and Close Personal Protection of various celebrities.

Samantha McLeod: Project Manager (Dip. PM) (Dip. BM) (MCP)

Samantha has gained an extensive project management portfolio gaining experience in high profile organisations such as Boeing Defence projects, Prime Minister and Cabinet and many local and state government agencies. Samantha has also been involved in the project management and coordination of security for some of Australia's largest concerts and events.

Harry Honnor: Security Consultant (Dip. Sec Risk)

Harry has gained over 20 years in operational experience within all aspects of the security industry following active service with the elite military Special Air Service. Harry has performed security risk management and security training services globally and has managed security and protective services for very high profile celebrities, politicians and corporate executives. Harry has been engaged in developing and implementing security requirements for organisations in some of the most difficult and hostile regions in the world. Harry is a specialist risk consultant, security advisor and trainer.
